• Account information — email address, name, and payment details when you purchase a plan or credit pack.
• Uploaded photos — images you upload for virtual staging. We process these to generate staged versions and do not share them with third parties.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser type, collected via first-party analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our virtual staging service.
• To process payments and manage your account.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, credit notifications). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Photo Data

Photos you upload are processed by our AI models to generate staged images. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Uploaded photos are stored temporarily for processing and are deleted within 30 days unless you choose to keep them in your account.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Payment processing — Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
• Hosting — Cloudflare. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
